After a New Orleans breakfast, your guests will enjoy a short walk through the French Quarter to the Riverview Room at Jax's Brewery. There they will be entertained witn an interactive demonstration form the New Orleans School of Cooking and will sample their creations for lunch.

The later afternoon will be free for exploring the sights and sounds of the Crescent City. These might include a stroll through the French Market, a visit to one of the Quarter's many antique shops, a walk along the river or maybe even a riverboat ride on the Mississippi.

Registration fee of $200 includes Friday evening's welcome reception, Saturday's breakfast, tour, and luncheon, as well as Saturday evening's reception, dinner, and program, and Monday's reception and dinner.
