Enabling A-Ha! Moments Through Explorations with Student Priced Hardware Using MATLAB and Simulink

Experience the feeling of epiphany that your students have doing a lab experiment in their own space and suddenly understanding the concepts you have been talking about in class. The striking realization of "getting" a difficult concept via open ended hands on experiments makes things stick long term.  Activities will include microcontrollers, data acquisition, and software-defined radio. Learn about using low-cost hardware with MATLAB and Simulink to explore concepts and implement ideas.

Attendees will leave with affordable hardware for a variety of microcontrollers, data acquisition, and software-defined radio experiments from Analog Devices.
