Oscilloscopes for the Classroom

August 29, 2017 at 12:00pm EDT

Sponsored by:

Employers have expectations that new hires will have working knowledge of professional level test equipment. Oscilloscopes are some of the most common tools used in engineering labs around the world, and today’s scopes have more capabilities and are more powerful than ever before.

We will discuss some of the industry leading capabilities that you can find in Keysight’s most affordable oscilloscope that was designed for the teaching lab, the 1000 X-Series. You will also learn about educational tools such as the built-in help and training signals that will help students learn how to use industry level oscilloscopes more easily and more efficiently. We will take a look at measurement tools such as Bode plotting, math, FFT, mask testing, protocol triggering/decode, and other powerful capabilities in today’s scopes.  We will review the Educator’s Training Kit available to help educators easily set up teaching labs.  Spend time with our expert as we share new ways to use these oscilloscopes to enhance labs and encourage learning.

Maximize your investment in teaching lab equipment and make sure your students are ready for industry. Learn how you can enhance their experience.

Attend the webinar to:
  • Learn how Keysight Oscilloscopes can enhance student’s learning
  • Get a firsthand look at the NEW education oscilloscope, the 1000 X-Series
