ECE 2020: Recapturing the Image

ECEDHA invites you to participate in the 2007 Annual Meeting, March 16-20, 2007 at the Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village, St. Augustine, Florida

This year's program, ECE 2020: Recapturing the Image , begins on Friday afternoon, March 16, with registration that opens at 3:00 pm.

The Opening Reception on Friday evening at 6:30 pm provides an opportunity for you and your guest to renew old acquaintances as well as meet some new faces.

As usual, ECEDHA's Board of Directors has worked hard to design a program that will provide attendees ample time for both educational and networking opportunities.

Just mention the ECEDHA meeting to be included in our room block and receive the rate of $159/night (plus a daily $15 resort fee.) Getting to the Renaissance Resort

• Take Exit 323.
• Merge right onto International Golf Parkway.
• Make a right at the first stoplight, which is World Golf Village (WGV) Boulevard.
• Follow WGV Boulevard 1.8 miles; this leads directly to the Resort.

From I-95 South:

• Take Exit 323.
• Go west on International Golf Parkway.
• Make a right at the first stoplight, which is World Golf Village (WGV) Boulevard.

Spouse/Guest Information

We encourage ECEDHA members to bring their spouse/guests to the Annual Meeting. The registration fee is $200 and includes the welcome reception Friday evening, a day of activities Saturday, and Monday evening's awards reception and banquet. Saturday, March 17, guests will enjoy a breakfast at the hotel and then board a bus for a walking/bus tour of Old St. Augustine, the oldest city in America. Following lunch, they will have some free time to shop or visit the Lightner Museum and then rejoin the group for a tour of the Castillo de San Marcos. The bus will return everyone to the hotel by 5:00 pm so they can freshen up and relax before Saturday evening's dinner and entertainment, which you surely will not want to miss!
