2022 ECEDHA Annual Conference and ECExpo - COVID Event Safety Practices
Updated March 23, 2022
As the COVID-19 Global pandemic continues, ECEDHA is taking all measures to promote a safe and productive meeting for our membership.
All participants at the ECEDHA Annual Conference and ECExpo will be required to wear a mask except while actively eating or drinking while attending the conference. All presenters will be required to present with masks on if not able to maintain a 6-ft distance from others. Masks must cover both the mouth and nose.
Individuals who have a documented disability which precludes the wearing of a mask may request a modification to mask policies. Please contact Michelle Klein, email@example.com, to discuss modification(s) to mask policies.
In keeping with the guidelines put in place by the City of New Orleans, individuals 5+ are no longer required to show proof of full vaccination, or negative test, to access the ECEDHA Annual Conference and ECExpo.
ECEDHA will continue to monitor the guidelines in effect by the City of New Orleans and will honor the vaccination requirements that are in place at the time of the ECEDHA Annual Conference and ECExpo.
The ECEDHA Annual Conference will provide physically distant seating to allow individuals who wish to physically distance while in sessions to do so comfortably.
