Editorial Committee

ECEDHA's primary publication is the quarterly e-newsletter, The ECEDHA Source, which includes featured articles, association news, general interest news, regional reports, announcements, and job postings. The Editorial Committee is responsible for soliciting articles and reviewing submissions from outside sources.

Program Committee

The ECEDHA Annual Conference and ECExpo is the association's main event, bringing ECEDHA members together to discuss the most pressing issues facing academia and ECE. The Program Committee is responsible for assembling the speakers and sessions for the ECEDHA Annual Conference. This includes determining session topics, recommending speakers, and organizing panels. Committee members include the ECEDHA Regional Leaders and the heads of the host universities. Other departments may be added to develop specific topics for the conference.

Awards Committee

ECEDHA currently presents four annual awards, the Robert M. Janowiak Outstanding Leadership and Service Award, the Innovative Program Award, the Diversity Award, and the Industry Award.

The Awards Committee is responsible for administering these four awards and any additional awards ECEDHA may create. The committee's tasks include soliciting nominees, reviewing applications, and selecting award winners. Committee members are drawn from all of the geographic regions and represent a cross-section of ECEDHA department classifications.

Nominations Committee

The ECEDHA Nominations Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors and is comprised of the President, Vice President, and Executive Director. The Committee serves as a liaison with the membership in the identification and election of new officers. ECEDHA members wishing to nominate a colleague as a board candidate are encouraged to contact the ECEDHA Nominations Committee to facilitate this process.
