Advance Registration can be cancelled and refunded only if WRITTEN notice is received prior to midnight, Wednesday, February 4, 2026 to receive a full refund. Meeting Participants who register after February 4, 2026 are responsible for full registration payment. No full or partial cancellations or refunds shall be given after February 4, 2026. ECEDHA Members Renewal payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
