Join us for an exclusive visit to NASA Langley Research Center on Monday, March 24, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern. Transportation will be provided to and from the Hilton Norfolk The Main.

Key Details:

• Spots are Limited: Attendance is capped at 50 participants.

• Eligibility: Participants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

• Pre-Registration Required: Advance sign-up is mandatory to secure your spot, please select the tour option when registering for the 2025 ECEDHA Annual Conference & ECExpo. 

• Compliance with NASA Visitor Requirements: All attendees must meet NASA's identification and security protocols.

Visitor Identification Rules:

1. Attendees must be United States citizens or permanent residents

2. Attendees must provide ID.  Acceptable forms of ID include:

   • REAL ID-compliant state-issued driver's licenses or ID cards.

   • Federal employee badges.

   • U.S. Passports.

   • Military identification cards.

   • Enhanced driver's licenses.

   • U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Card.

   • Native American tribal documents.

Security and Screening:

• Bag Policy: Only clear backpacks, clear purses, or diaper bags are allowed.

• Screening Process: Guests are subject to bag screening, and all participants must pass through metal detectors upon entry. Prohibited items are strictly enforced.
